Connect to YouTube when you press play. Google may receive your IP address, device and playback information and use its own storage technologies. This is separate from website analytics.

Who is responsible

This website is provided by RadiRad Co., Ltd. (瑞迪可股份有限公司) for product information and partnership inquiries. This policy covers its Chinese, English and Japanese pages. Please use the company contact email below for privacy questions or data rights requests.

Essential services and your choices

Website security, delivering content you request, handling inquiries you submit, and remembering privacy preferences are necessary to provide those functions. You can decline all optional functions and still browse and send inquiries. We ask again on your first visit, when choices expire, or when the notice version changes. Silence, closing a notice or continuing to browse does not mean consent.

Optional analytics

Only after consent do we create analytics identifiers and send page paths, visit times, referring website domains, restricted campaign tags, device/browser categories, foreground time, scroll depth, product and contact clicks, video opens, and accepted inquiry events. Approximate country, region and city come from hosting network metadata and may be affected by VPNs. We do not request GPS permission or collect precise coordinates. Analytics do not retain raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, names, emails or form contents, and are not shared with advertising services.

Identifiers and retention

Random browser identifiers reset daily in Asia/Taipei. A visit expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These identifiers are not names, but do not make every processing operation fully anonymous. Reports cover 180 days; older analytics are deleted in batches during collection or reporting. Preferences last 180 days. A necessary preference cookie, a local preference cache and separate choice records store choices, time, language and notice version, not browsing activity. The preference identifier also authorizes collection and locates records for withdrawal/deletion; it is not used for cross-day visitor counts. Choice evidence is retained for one year; expired records are removed in batches during preference updates or reporting. Notice text is separately archived for verification.

Withdrawal and your rights

Use Cookie settings in any page footer to change your choices. Disabling analytics stops further collection and, when the choice is successfully saved, deletes analytics linked to the current preference cookie. Necessary consent/withdrawal evidence remains for the period above. After you clear cookies or switch browsers, we may be unable to associate earlier random identifiers. You may contact us to request access, a copy, correction, restriction or cessation of processing, or deletion as provided by applicable law. We only request the information necessary to verify and handle your request.

YouTube and external links

YouTube is a separate optional function. Its player does not load before permission; after permission, pressing play is still required. We use the YouTube privacy-enhanced domain, which does not mean playback involves no data transfer. Google may receive IP, device and playback information under its own policy. Withdrawing video permission removes the player on this page but cannot itself delete data Google already received. External social and YouTube links leave this website and are governed by the destination service’s policies.

Partnership inquiries

Your name, organization, email, country/region, product interest, partnership purpose and optional message are used to respond to and handle the inquiry. Without required information, the form cannot send your request. Declining analytics does not prevent sending. Submitted contents are saved in a website inbox accessible only to authorized administrators. When email delivery is available, a notification is also sent to the company’s designated email address. Missing email configuration or notification failure does not prevent inbox storage. Inquiry contents are not stored in analytics and do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Form records and correspondence are kept for the inquiry and any resulting relationship as needed, then deleted when no longer needed. You may contact us about your data rights. Do not include patient records, medical images or other sensitive personal information in this form.

Service providers and processing regions

This website is hosted on ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI), with Cloudflare infrastructure. Forms use Resend; videos use Google/YouTube. Hosting providers process necessary connection, security or sign-in data under their policies, separately from our optional product analytics. RadiRad handles inquiries in Taiwan. Providers may process necessary information in the United States and other countries where their services operate; this policy does not promise Taiwan-only storage. Relevant services receive only the information needed for their function. Analytics reports are restricted to authorized administrators.

Changes to this policy

If optional processing purposes or material disclosures change, we update the notice version and ask for a new choice before continuing optional processing. Existing consent is not automatically extended to new purposes.
